Her journey is marked by a deep commitment to human development, anchored in a solid academic foundation with a BA Honours degree in Industrial Psychology. She is also registered professional with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Adela’s diverse corporate experience encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, including banking, cellular, and retail, where she has honed her expertise in creating dynamic and thriving organisational environments. Beyond the corporate world, Adela’s dedication to nurturing individuals extends to the educational sector, where she has served as a School Counsellor in various school settings, providing guidance and support to students in their personal and academic journeys.
Her professional interests are wide-ranging and reflect her passion for enhancing the human experience. She is deeply intrigued by the intricacies of neuromotor development, neuroplasticity, cognitive growth, and learning challenges. Adela also takes a holistic approach to mental, emotional, and physiological wellbeing, with a particular focus on personality, psychological assessments, change management, and organisational development.
